Owner Registration Form
All unit owners are required to complete and maintain an up-to-date Owner Registration Form with the Victoria Square Condominium Association. This form ensures the Association has accurate ownership, occupancy, and emergency contact information on file for communication, recordkeeping, and legal compliance purposes. Owners must promptly update the Association if ownership details, mailing address, contact information, or occupancy status changes.

Vehicle Registration Form
All residents are required to register vehicles parked on Victoria Square Condominium Association property. This form allows the Association to maintain accurate parking records, issue resident and guest parking placards, and enforce parking regulations in accordance with community rules.
Residents must submit updated vehicle information whenever a vehicle is replaced, added, or removed. Failure to register vehicles may result in towing, fines, or other enforcement actions pursuant to Association parking policies.

Tenant Registration Form
All owners leasing their unit must ensure that each tenant completes a Tenant Registration Form prior to occupancy. This form provides the Association with necessary resident and emergency contact information, assists in community recordkeeping, and helps ensure compliance with Association governing documents and occupancy policies.
Tenant registration is required for all new leases and must be updated upon lease renewal, tenant turnover, or any change in occupancy.

Tenant HOA Compliance Agreement
All tenants residing within Victoria Square Condominium Association must sign a Tenant HOA Compliance Agreement acknowledging receipt and understanding of the Association’s governing documents, rules, and regulations. By signing this agreement, tenants affirm their responsibility to comply with all community policies during their tenancy.
Failure to comply with Association rules may result in fines, enforcement actions, and/or penalties assessed against the unit owner in accordance with Association governing documents.

Incident Report Form
This form is to document accidents, injuries, property damage, safety concerns, or other incidents occurring on condominium property. Submission of this form does not guarantee liability or insurance coverage but allows the Association to maintain proper records and investigate incidents as needed.

Fine Appeal Request Form
This form allows unit owners or residents to formally request review of a violation notice, fine, or enforcement action issued by the Association. Submission of this form does not guarantee reversal or reduction of any fine and all appeals will be reviewed in accordance with Association governing documents and applicable law.

Vendor Registration Form
This form must be completed by any contractor, vendor, service provider, or company performing work within the community. The Association may require proof of licensing and insurance prior to approval. Submission of this form does not guarantee authorization to perform work.

Intent to Sale Notification Form
This form must be completed by any unit owner intending to sell, transfer, or otherwise convey ownership of their unit. This notification allows the Association to prepare necessary resale documents, verify account status, and coordinate ownership transfer records

Resale/ Questionnaire Request Form
This form is to be used by owners, real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, title companies, or authorized representatives requesting resale documentation, lender questionnaires, status letters, governing documents, or other Association-related records in connection with the sale, refinance, or transfer of a unit.

Proxy/ Voting Form
Owners unable to attend an Association meeting may use this form to appoint another individual to vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be submitted prior to the applicable meeting in accordance with Association requirements.

Community Feedback Form
This form allows residents and owners to provide feedback, suggestions, concerns, or ideas regarding the community, Association operations, amenities, events, policies, or overall resident experience. Feedback will be reviewed by the Board but submission does not guarantee action or implementation.
